Assignment 7: Process Flow
The process flow diagrams must show how a user will interact with the system to achieve a task. Process flow diagrams should be mapped for each "interactive" feature, not simple navigation. So, "find the help section" is a navigation task that would not require a process flow diagram (or a use case later on). However, "book a reservation" would require the user to interact with the system beyond simple navigation. Therefore, that task would require a process flow diagram. Use symbols and a key to map your process. Show decision points and show where data is stored in or pulled from the database. Show site map page numbers in each diagram.
